Jane Hayes has been working in the Real Estate Industry since 1985, and throughout her career she has carried the philosophy of "Service at its Best"! It's not just a slogan for Jane, and her clients and customers testify to that.

Jane has achieved many educational and career achievements. After obtaining her Broker's license, she has earned the "Certified Residential Specialist" and "Graduate Realtor Institute" designations, setting her apart from the crowd. With her previous firm, she earned the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame award (one of its highest awards). Jane continues to serve as a long-standing member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.

Jane began the year (2002) by opening Jane Hayes Signature Realtors now Signature One Properties, along with her family. Jane's daughter, Kim Ricca, partners with Jane in the business. Kim's husband, Brad, also has his license, and offers excellent computer technology skills. Jane's husband, Steve Underwood, is a Clinical Pharmacist at Jewish Hospital, but he, too, has his license, and pitches in when away from the hospital. It has truly become a "Family Affair" with Jane, and so you can believe it when she advertises, "Our Family Helping Your Family Move".

Since 1999, Kim has worked with Drake Beam Morin, Inc., a global leader in providing Human Resource solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Her time spent with DBM taught her about providing excellent service to customers and strengthened her already solid client focus. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Kim has a strong grasp of the Louisville area. She has followed real estate trends and the local market while watching her mother excel in real estate for the past 16 years. Kim's outgoing personality and professional demeanor help her relate well to all clients.

A 1999 graduate of Cincinnati Bible College, Kim specialized in Urban and International studies. She is conversant in French and has studied many of the world's cultures. Her travels have taken her to over a dozen countries since 1990. Kim is also certified to teach English as a Foreign Language. This diverse background has prepared her to service international customers relocating to the Louisville area as well as local residents who do not speak English as their first language.

Steve Underwood has been licensed in Real Estate since 1986. He has worked in almost all areas of Real Estate, but now acts as the Transaction Manager for Team Jane Hayes. Steve has a natural interest in handling the details, and will be actively ensuring that contracts get to the closing table as effortlessly for the buyers and sellers as possible.

Steve has kept current with the changes in the industry, such as environmental issues, forms changes, and such. He has completed classes in Appraising. Steve is content to work all hours, and so is very well suited to handle the transactions for the team.

Steve is a Pharmacist, also, graduating from Mercer Southern School of Pharmacy in 1977. He worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Jewish Hospital, serving on a number of committees, and developed skills in problem solving in a number of areas for the staff there. Now, he is using those skills to hopefully provide a level of satisfaction for the buyers and sellers that will make them feel they got “Service at its Best”.

In addition to working with Team Jane Hayes, Brad is the Information Technology Director at Signature One Properties, Brad is committed to incorporating technology with real estate. It is his desire to utilize technology so as to benefit both buyer and seller by streamlining the process of buying and selling homes.

Brad graduated from Cincinnati Bible College in 1999 and soon thereafter became certified to teach English as a Foreign Language. He has traveled around the world and is conversant in Spanish. Being a man of integrity and striving to provide excellent customer service, he is partnering together with a team of realtors committed to delivering service at its best.
